  • He walked across the United States and is referred to as the “Planet Walker”. 
  • He was a pioneer of Black conservatism and environmentalism. 


Mirror Work:

While out on a walk find a patch of natural earth and take your shoes off. Look at your feet planted firmly on the ground. Imagine the healing powers of the universe shooting up through the arches of your feet. Feel stronger with each breath you take.
